This engagement is a Phase-I ecosystem blueprint for a blockchain-enabled food supply chain: strategic, technical, and regulatory design authored at code-quality precision before a single line of production code.
It covers recall-ready traceability, cold-chain integrity, and GS1/EPCIS interoperability so the system speaks the supply chain's existing language, and proposes a two-rail architecture that cleanly separates closed-loop membership from value settlement.

Provenance designed so an affected batch can be traced and pulled quickly and defensibly.
